  Trying to tell a story of a great man, a legend, who also
happens to be your father was a journey of discovery, turmoil and fulfillment.
I was an outsider to his (music) world when we embarked on this journey and thanks to this film we jointly synthesized on the matters of the mind and the heart. This journey has added a new dimension to our father-son relationship.
This film has made me a film-maker. I had the responsibility of being objective in my narration, being able to communicate the essence of his persona and staying true to his reality. As a messenger of a story I only hope for audiences to draw inspiration from his illustrious life and experience their own journeys with the film. 
About
Rajeev has extensive management and creative experience in both start-ups and large multinational Television businesses. He is an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently the co-founder and Director of Explore Broadcasting Private Limited, a start up travel channel launched in India. |
