The thought of the Bansuri brings to my mind – one, Lord Krishna and the other is Pandit-ji.
Before the making of this film there was very little I knew about his sincere struggle to pursue the art of mastering his Bansuri and through it the sacrifices made by him to revive classical music.
His prowess and devotion to classical music gave birth to Vrindaban - a gurukul that adheres to the guru-shishya parampara. I stand in admiration and awe at his efforts to establish these gurukuls in order to train the future generation, thus keeping the art of Indian classical music alive. I would only say that Pandit-ji was send to this earth as the flute wanted someone to love her unconditionally.
I am really lucky and grateful for getting this opportunity to be part of this project. God Bless you Pandit-ji.
